UPDATE ON MANAGEMENT
The board ofΒ Grainger plc ("Grainger" or the "Company"), the UK's largest quoted residential property owner,Β announces today that due to ill healthΒ Rupert Dickinson, the Company'sΒ Chief Executive,Β will beΒ takingΒ medical leave of absenceΒ from the businessΒ forΒ theΒ immediateΒ future.
Accordingly,Β the board has appointedΒ Andrew Cunningham, Grainger's Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director, as Acting Chief Executive, supported by his colleagues on the Company's executive board.
Robin Broadhurst, Grainger's Chairman,Β said:
