UPDATE ON MANAGEMENT
The board ofĀ Grainger plc ("Grainger" or the "Company"), the UK's largest quoted residential property owner,Ā announces today that due to ill healthĀ Rupert Dickinson, the Company'sĀ Chief Executive,Ā will beĀ takingĀ medical leave of absenceĀ from the businessĀ forĀ theĀ immediateĀ future.
Accordingly,Ā the board has appointedĀ Andrew Cunningham, Grainger's Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director, as Acting Chief Executive, supported by his colleagues on the Company's executive board.
Robin Broadhurst, Grainger's Chairman,Ā said:
"WeĀ would all like to wish RupertĀ a speedy recovery."
