UPDATE ON MANAGEMENT
The board of Grainger plc ("Grainger" or the "Company"), the UK's largest quoted residential property owner, announces today that due to ill health Rupert Dickinson, the Company's Chief Executive, will be taking medical leave of absence from the business for the immediate future.
Accordingly, the board has appointed Andrew Cunningham, Grainger's Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director, as Acting Chief Executive, supported by his colleagues on the Company's executive board.
Robin Broadhurst, Grainger's Chairman, said:
"We would all like to wish Rupert a speedy recovery."
