Changes to Board Composition Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company" or "GPE") announces that Wendy Becker does not intend to seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held in July 2022. Wendy will formally step down from the Board, and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, at the conclusion of the AGM.

Wendy will be succeeded as Chair of the Remuneration Committee by Emma Woods.

GPE Chair, Richard Mully, said:
