Good Energy Group's corporate bond closes early

Good Energy Group plc ("Good Energy" or "the Group"), the AIM quoted renewable electricity supplier, is pleased to announce that, following the launch of its corporate bond on 2 October 2013, it has closed the offer early having received applications in excess of the maximum permissible subscription of £15 million for its Good Energy Bonds.

Applications for the bond were due to close on 13th November 2013, however as Good Energy has now received applications in excess of £15 million the Company will not now accept any further applications received.

Some applications received to date may exceed the maximum subscription of £15 million allowed. The Company will contact unsuccessful applicants shortly to notify them that their applications have not been successful and to return their subscription monies to them.

Bond certificates will be issued to successful applicants in due course.
