Holdings in Company
The Company received notification on 15 November 2010 from Mr J Heathcote that he sold 2,612,315 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The transaction settles on 17 November 2010. Following the transaction, Mr. J Heathcote no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's current issued share capital.
Furthermore, the Company received notification on 15 November 2010 from Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Lloyds") that, on 12 November 2010, Lloyds increased their interest in Ordinary Shares. Following the transaction, Lloyds holds 4,154,930 Ordinary Shares representing 5.9% of the Company's current issued share capital.
