Board changes
PDX (AIM: PDX) is pleased to announce today the appointment of Jeremy Pelczer and Bernard Bulkin to the Company's Board of Directors as non-executive Directors. Both are highly experienced professionals who bring considerable industrial, technical and corporate expertise that will be invaluable as PDX continues to commercialise its technology and grow its business.
Jeremy Pelczer is a chartered accountant who has held senior positions in engineering and industrial businesses including serving as CEO of RWE Thames Water plc. He is a non-executive Director of South Staffordshire Water plc and Chairman of Wateraid Ltd, a charity with the aim of enabling the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water and sanitation, and also an executive mentor and business advisor.
Following a distinguished academic career in the United States, Professor Bernard Bulkin has been involved with a range of scientific, technology and engineering businesses, including the position of Chief Scientist of BP plc, serving as Chairman of AEA Technology plc and is currently the Chair, Office of Renewable Energy Deployment at the U.K. Department of Energy and Climate Change and a non-executive Director of Severn Trent plc.
Michael Ryan and Stuart Evans, who have been non-executive Directors of PDX for almost 4 years, have stepped down from the Board today.

"The Board would like to record its gratitude for the valuable contribution and service that Michael and Stuart have given to shareholders during the years that they have served as non-executive Directors of the Company. Their input and counsel has been extremely valuable to the Company as it has progressed towards its objective of commercialising its exciting technologies. I would like to add my personal thanks for their support and sage advice during this period and I wish them the very best in their future endeavours.
At the same time, we welcome the knowledge and experience that Bernard and Jeremy will bring to the Board at this key period in the Company's development".
