REVISION TO DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
GAME Digital plc ("GAME" or the "Company") today announces that the timetable for the proposed final dividend for the year ended 25 July 2015 (the "Final Dividend"), previously announced in the Company's preliminary results released on 14 October 2015 and set out in its notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice"), has been amended as follows:

While the "ex-dividend" date in respect of the Final Dividend occurs before the AGM, GAME will only pay the Final Dividend if it is approved at the AGM. The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office at Unity House, Telford Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 6YJ at 10.00 a.m. on 13 January 2016.
GAME has entered into irrevocable undertakings with Duodi Investments S.à r.l. ("Duodi"), Woodford Investment Management LLP (as discretionary investment manager acting on behalf of its clients) ("Woodford") and Invesco Asset Management Limited ("Invesco"), pursuant to which Duodi, Woodford and Invesco have each agreed to vote in favour of the resolution to approve the Final Dividend, as set out in the AGM Notice, in respect of all the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company held by them at 6.00p.m. on 11 January 2016 (being the record time for determining Shareholders' entitlement to vote at the AGM). The Board of GAME, therefore, anticipates that the resolution to approve the Final Dividend will be passed at the AGM.
