Result of General Meeting

Gama Aviation Plc ("Gama Aviation" or the "Company"), the global business aviation services provider, confirms that all Resolutions were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today in connection with the Placing.

The Placing remains conditional upon Admission becoming effective and the Placing Agreement becoming unconditional in all respects, and not having been terminated in accordance with its terms.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 2 March 2018.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning set out in the Circular published by the Company and dated 12 February 2018.
