Board Change

Gama Aviation Plc announces that Michael Howell and Christopher Clarke have tendered their resignation as Directors of the Group with immediate effect.

Commenting on the announcement, Simon To, Non-Executive Chairman of Gama Aviation Plc said:

"I am very grateful to Michael and Christopher for their efforts and, on behalf of myself and the rest of the Board, I would thank them for all their diligent contributions to the Board over the past three years."
