Director/PDMR Transactions
On 17 February 2021, Gama Aviation Plc ("Gama Aviation" or the "Company") was informed that, Daniel Ruback, a director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.00 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.20 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the completion of these transactions his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 25,000 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's total voting rights.
