Gulf Keystone announces that it was informed on 15 June 2021 of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
On 15 June 2021 Nadzeya Kernoha, Head of Finance, transferred shares between nominee accounts. In doing so, 10,228 common shares in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited were sold at a price of 195.7p per share and 10,196 common shares in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited were purchased at a price of 196.1p per share.
