Transaction in Own Shares
Global Invacom announces that on 9 January 2015, it purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of SGD 0.3949, to be held in treasury (the "Purchase").
The shares were purchased in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2014.
Global Invacom advises that, following the Purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 282,402,299 Ordinary Shares (including 14,343,000 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 268,059,299.
