Notice of AGM
Global Invacom (AIM:GINV), a satellite communications equipment provider listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, announces that hard copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today.
Copies of the Annual Report are available at the Company's website http://www.globalinvacom.com/investor-relations/annual-reports along with the previously published
Annual Report and Accounts.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am (SGT) on Wednesday, 26 April 2017 at The National University of Singapore Society, Suntec City Guild House, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #02-401/402 Suntec City Mall, Singapore 038983.
