Total Voting Rights

Gfinity (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports and gaming solutions provider, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 763,195,860 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 763,195,860.

The figure of 763,195,860 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
