GOODWIN PLC ("the Company") DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS The Company received notification on 24th March 2010 of the sale on 24th March 2010 of 26,640 Goodwin PLC ordinary 10p shares by Mr B. R. E. Goodwin.. The shares were sold on market at a price of £11.50 each. Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, directors of Goodwin PLC, and their sons M. S. Goodwin (also a director of Goodwin PLC), S. R.
