DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 12th October 2017 of the following transactions which in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:

On 12th October 2017, J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 24,848 ordinary shares at a price of £19.05 per share from the following persons:

Mr. M. S. Goodwin 6,212 shares

Mr. S. R. Goodwin 6,212 shares

Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin 6,212 shares

Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin 6,212 shares

Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, and their sons, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert (and deemed to be so). All transactions are between members of the concert party and there is no change to the overall holding of the concert party. The total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings of the concert party following these transactions are as detailed below:
