The Company received notification on 11th October, 2021 of the following transactions in which Mr. M.S. Goodwin, Mr. S.R. Goodwin, Mr. B.R.E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:
On 8th October 2021, J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 33,148 ordinary shares at a price of £36.00 per share from the following persons:
