GOODWIN PLC ("the Company")
DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 11th March 2010 of the sale on 11th March 2010 of 20,000 Goodwin PLC ordinary 10p shares by Mr R S Goodwin, a director of the Company. The shares were sold on market at a price of £11.00 each. The shares have been sold in order to raise funds to settle a tax bill.
Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin and their sons M. S. Goodwin (also a director of Goodwin PLC), S. R. Goodwin and B. R. E. Goodwin are acting in concert (and deemed to be so). Their total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings following these transactions are as detailed below:
