DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 27th and 28th March, 2024 of a number of transactions in which Mr. M. S. Goodwin and Mr. R.S Goodwin are interested.
The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).

Mr. M. S. Goodwin
2,823 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 26th March 2024. 1,287 ordinary shares at a price of £53.70 per share and 1,536 ordinary shares at a price of £53.74 per share.
Mr. R.S. Goodwin
1. 5,946 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 27th March, 2024 into his SIPP account of 1,324 ordinary shares at a price of £52.85 per share, 1,372 ordinary shares at a price of £54.64 per share, 458 ordinary shares at a price of £54.50 per share, 818 ordinary shares at a price of £54.95 per share, 638 ordinary shares at a price of £54.80 per share, 679 ordinary shares at a price of £55.90 per share and 657 ordinary shares at a price of £56.24 per share.
2. 437 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into an ISA account by Mr. R. S. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. G. Goodwin, 397 ordinary shares at a price of £56.25 per share and 40 ordinary shares at a price of £55.28 per share on 28th March, 2024.
