Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would likeĀ to notify the market that as atĀ 3 DecemberĀ 2009, the issued share capital of GCM Resources consisted of 51,017,274 ordinaryĀ shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights inĀ GCM ResourcesĀ is 51,017,274.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theĀ calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, GCM Resources under theĀ Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
