Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would likeΒ to notify the market that as atΒ 3 DecemberΒ 2009, the issued share capital of GCM Resources consisted of 51,017,274 ordinaryΒ shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights inΒ GCM ResourcesΒ is 51,017,274.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theΒ calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, GCM Resources under theΒ Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
