Mr Neil Herbert resigns as Non-Executive Director

GCM Resources plc ('GCM') announces today that Mr Neil Herbert has resigned with immediate effect from the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Herbert's decision is to address any potential conflict of interests associated with continuing both Board positions held with GCM and Polo Resources Limited ('Polo') should Polo make an offer for the shares of GCM.
