GCM Resources plcΒ ('GCM') announcesΒ today thatΒ MrΒ Neil HerbertΒ has resigned with immediate effect fromΒ theΒ Board as a Non-ExecutiveΒ Director. Mr Herbert's decision is toΒ addressΒ anyΒ potential conflict of interestsΒ associated with continuing both Board positions held with GCM and Polo Resources LimitedΒ ('Polo') should Polo make an offer for the shares of GCM.
