Directorship Changes

The Issuer wishes to announce that David Middleton has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Issuer and ManJer, and that Vinod Rajput has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Issuer and ManJer, in each case with effect from 9 August 2024. Mr Rajput's biography is set out below.

Vinod Rajput - Non-Executive Director

Vinod Rajput is a Director of ManJer and HoldCo in addition to being a non-executive director of the Issuer and of WisdomTree Hedged Metal Securities Limited, WisdomTree Metal Securities Limited and WisdomTree Foreign Exchange Limited. Mr Rajput is also a Director within Apex Group and is a fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Mr Rajput brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His career spans multiple regions including Asia, the Middle East, the UK and Jersey, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both local and international financial landscapes. Mr Rajput has a proven track record in managing a diverse range of financial services, from listed clients to regulated and unregulated funds as well as large corporate structures.

As at the date hereof, the Non-Executive Directors of the Issuer are as follows:

Bryan Governey;

Vinod Rajput;

Olivia Vuillemin; and

Peter Ziemba.
