Directorship Changes
The Issuer wishes to announce that Olivia Vuillemin has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Issuer and ManJer, and that Elizabeth Casely has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Issuer and ManJer, in each case with effect from 2 July 2025. Ms. Casely's biography is set out below.
Elizabeth Casely - Non-Executive Director
Elizabeth Casely is a Director of ManJer and HoldCo in addition to being a non-executive director of the Issuer and of WisdomTree Hedged Metal Securities Limited, WisdomTree Metal Securities Limited, WisdomTree Foreign Exchange Limited, WisdomTree Commodity Securities Limited and WisdomTree Hedged Commodity Securities Limited. Ms. Casely is also Director within Apex Group and oversees loan administration clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and execution. Ms. Casely is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in debt and capital markets, securitisation and loan administration. With over three decades of experience in the financial sector, Ms. Casely has held senior roles at JP Morgan and Barclays Capital. With strategic vision and commercial expertise, Ms. Casely has delivered significant outcomes across investment banking, real estate securitisation and ESG-focused projects. Ms. Casely holds a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Banking, Finance and Management and a distinction in Business and Climate Change from the University of Cambridge.
As at the date hereof, the Non-Executive Directors of the Issuer are as follows:
