Director's Dealing
GB, the UK's leading identity management business, announces that on 14 September 2010, the Company was notified of the acquisition by Non-executive Director, David Rasche as follows:
- On 13 September 2010 of 300,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 26.12p; and
- On 14 September of a further 82,000 Shares at an average price of 26.53p.
Following the acquisition, David Rasche now holds in aggregate 382,000 Shares representing 0.45% of the total voting rights of the Company.
