GB Group plc (AIM: GBG) announces that on 30 January 2024, it granted an award of nominal cost options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company, under the Group Performance Share Plan, to Dev Dhiman, Chief Executive Officer. The awards will vest in June 2026 and are subject to performance conditions, malus and clawback and a 2-year holding period.
