Transaction in own shares

GB Group plc ("GBG", "Group" or the "Company") announces that in the period 5 May 2026 to 8 May 2026, it purchased in aggregate 200,000 of its ordinary 2.5p shares ("Ordinary Shares") through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis"), in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme originally announced on 23 July 2025 and as extended on 1 April 2026 ("Share Buyback Programme").

The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 232,532,297 with no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 232,532,297. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
