Notification of Directors' Interests
Dave Wilson
The Company announces that Dave Wilson, Group Finance & Operations Director, has today notified the Company that he purchased 30,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 410.875 pence per share on 6 June 2017.
Mr Wilson, has also exercised options over a total of 150,434 Ordinary Shares awarded in 2009 under GBG's Executive Share Option Scheme on 6 June 2017. He sold all 150,434 of the Ordinary Shares exercised at an average price of 386.73 pence per share on the same day. The exercise price of the options ranged between 19.75p and 23p per share and were issued to Mr Wilson in June and December 2009.
The Company also announces that Dave Wilson's wife, Cath Wilson, sold 35,867 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 382.37 pence per share on 6 June 2017.
Following this notification, Mr. Wilson has a beneficial holding of 239,725 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 764,428 Ordinary Shares.
Richard Linford
The Company also announces that Richard Linford, Non-Executive Director of the Company sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 384.25 pence per share on 6 June 2017. Following this notification, Mr. Linford has a beneficial holding of 280,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.18% of the issued share capital.
