Grant of options
Gamma Communications plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 April 2021 it granted the following nil cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company pursuant to the Gamma Long-Term Incentive Plan established on 2 September 2014:

The Company also announces that on 1 April 2021 it granted the following nil cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company pursuant to the Gamma Deferred Bonus Plan established on 23 May 2018:
