The Company was notified on 3 January 2023 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 220,458 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 16 December 2022 at a price of £12.6739, purchased a further 397,083 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 23 December 2022 at a price of £12.4518p per share and then purchased a further 7,459 shares at £12.8620 per share..

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 921,285 shares representing 0.7% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
