Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR), the global platform for specialist media, announces the following purchases of shares in the Company, totalling 156 shares, by Directors/PDMRs.
Set out below are details in relation to dividend reinvestments into ordinary shares in the Company made on behalf of Angela Seymour-Jackson. Due to an oversight, notifications concerning the acquisition of the shares by virtue of a standing dividend reinvestment instruction having been applied to the brokerage account in which the Company's shares are held were not made at the relevant time.
