The Company was notified on 10 November 2020 that on that date, Mrs K M Kilpatrick, the wife of Mr S C Kilpatrick, the Group Finance Director of the Company, purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at an average price of 794.5p
Following this transaction Mr S C Kilpatrick has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 74,851 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
