Director Shareholding
Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a) of Disclosure and Transparency Rules and paragraph 26 of the Model Code.
The Company was notified on 22 March 2013 that on that date Mr Charles Rice the Chairman of the Company purchased 3,076 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company pursuant to a Trading Plan entered into on 7 March 2013 with Investec Bank plc. The price paid for the shares was 1043p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Rice has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 8,076 Ordinary Shares representing 0.016 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
