Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
The Company was notified on 1 October 2020 that Mr S C Kilpatrick, the Group Finance Director, had increased his holdings of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company through the exercise of options granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.
The options were granted on 30 March 2011 at a fixed option price of 521.67p per share and had a 10 year exercise period.
Mr S C Kilpatrick exercised options totalling 32,808 Ordinary Shares and retained 13,557 Ordinary Shares, after 19,251 Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 1,145p to fund the relevant tax liabilities and the value of the relevant option cost.
Following this transaction Mr S C Kilpatrick has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 71,851 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
