James Fisher and Sons plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 130,282 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme in August 2012.

The Shares, which are already in issue and have been allotted, but that have not been listed, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on 17 June 2013.
