Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, at 30 June 2020 the issued share capital of the Company comprises 95,654,512 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 30 June 2020 is 95,654,512.
On 1 July 2020 a further 65,893 Ordinary Shares will be issued as a result of the exercise of options, as announced on 25 June 2020. Therefore, from tomorrow the issued share capital of the Company will comprise of 95,720,375 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 95,720,375. From tomorrow, the figure of 95,720,375 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
