Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 3 June 2008 it received a number of notices of exercise of options from Senior Managers in connection with the company's nil cost Long Term Incentive Plan.
Included were notices from Christopher Lee (PDMR) exercising 40,000 options, Kevin Lyons-Tarr (PDMR) exercising 60,000 options and David Seekings (PDMR) exercising 25,000 options.
On 27 June 2008, Abacus Trustees transferred shares from the Employee Share Ownership Trust to satisfy all exercises.
Consequently the resultant holding in the ordinary shares for Christopher Lee is 47,263 shares, for Kevin Lyons-Tarr is 64,000 shares and for David Seekings is 42,641 shares, respectively being 0.18%, 0.24% and 0.16% of the 25,600,552 ordinary shares currently in issue.
