Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 31 May 2023 the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue, is 100,000,000. The Company holds 250,000 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company are 99,750,000.

Accordingly, the above figure of 99,750,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Fonix, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
