Dividend Payment Date Update

Fonix Mobile plc, the mobile payments and messaging provider, announces that further to the announcement of the Company's Interim Results, which stated the Company's intention to pay an interim dividend on Friday 29 March 2024, that the Company now intends to make this payment to shareholders on 2 April 2024 due to 29 March 2024 falling on Good Friday. All other dates as regards the interim dividend remain unchanged.
