Additional Listing
Application has been madeΒ to AIM for admission of 36,820Β Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares,Β whichΒ will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.
Admission is expected to become effective onΒ 20 JuneΒ 2008.
2.10 Disclosure
Following the issue of the Shares and in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code, the CompanyΒ confirms that it currently hasΒ 22,972,070Β ordinary shares of 1p each in issue. The International Security Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB0003436192.
