Director's and PCA's Dealings
Flowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM:FLO), announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Bryce Brooks, Chief Financial Officer and Jennifer Brooks. The dealings took place and were notified to the Company on 7th November 2016.
Jennifer Brooks (wife of Bryce Brooks) has sold 5,979 Ordinary Shares held in her name at a price of 127.5p per Ordinary Share. Bryce has then purchased the same number of Ordinary Shares, being 5,979 Ordinary Shares, into his SIPP at the same price, being 127.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Bryce's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 94,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.22 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
