Directors' Dealings

Flowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM:FLO), announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 100 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by each of the Directors of the Board. The dealings, which took place and were notified to the Company on 23 November 2015, are set out below:

Note: Bryce Brooks purchased the shares through his SIPP. Following the purchase Bryces's beneficial interest comprises 57,200 Ordinary Shares in his SIPP and 33,800 Ordinary Shares held by his wife.
