Additional Listing and Rule 2.10 Disclosure

Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 36,820 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on 20 June 2008.

2.10 Disclosure

Following the issue of the Shares and in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code, the Company confirms that it currently has 22,972,070 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue. The International Security Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB0003436192.
