Frenkel Topping (AIM: FEN), a specialist independent financial advisor and asset manager focused on asset protection for vulnerable clients, announces that on 11 April 2018 it was informed by Stephen Bentley, Finance Director, that he had purchased 205,841 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 48.128 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of these shares Mr Bentley will be interested in 205,841 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
