Farsight PLC05 September 2006 Farsight plc announces that it has been informed this morning that the ConcertParty Investors, who together hold 38.9 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital, have exercised their right under terms of a debenture dated 28 November2003 to demand the immediate repayment of their secured convertible loan of£750,000 to the Company. In view of this, the Company has requested that trading in its shares besuspended with immediate effect pending further clarification of the Company'sfinancial position.
