Farsight PLC09 June 2005 Farsight plc announces that Mr Alan Wix, Chairman of the Company, resigned fromthe Board and the Company on 8 June 2005 in order to devote more time to otheractivities. The Board wishes to express its gratitude for the valuedcontribution Mr Wix has made to the Company during his period in office. Farsight also wishes to announce the immediate appointment of Mr Tom Blanchardto the Board as Operations Director of the Company. Thomas Charles Blanchard(aged 56) was previously a director of Applied Information Management ServicesLimited which went into insolvent liquidation in February 2003. Farsight intends to seek and appoint a new Chairman and further strengthen itsboard. Farsight expects to make further announcements in due course Farsight also wishes to announce that trading continues to strengthen and thatorders are steadily increasing from a broad cross section of clients,particularly in the construction, facilities management and motor dealershipsectors.
