Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
EVR advises that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), was today posted to shareholders. The AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 18 June 2018 at the offices of Reed Smith LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, EC2A 2RS.
Additional copies of the annual report and accounts are available from the Company's registered office at EVR Holdings plc, The Lighthouse, 370 Gray's Inn Road, London, England, WC1X 8BB. A copy has also been uploaded to the Company's website at www.evrholdings.com in accordance with AIM Rule 26.
