Further to the announcement made on 17 December 2012, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Manish Kotecha as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Manish Kotecha (age 49) is an experienced qualified certified accountant. He has been a Director at MK Accountants Limited since 2007. Prior to this role, Mr Kotecha was principal accountancy practitioner at M Kotecha & Company and Finance Manager for Acacia Foodservice Limited.
